Important Things to Know Before Listing with NetRealtyNow.com
- Your property is listed in the local REALTOR® MLS system by a licensed broker who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and follows the NAR Code of Ethics.
- The listing appears just like any other MLS listing.
- Recommended commission for buyer agents is 2%, but the seller decides the amount.
- The listing agent does not take a portion of that commission.
- Seller contact info is displayed in the listing and is used for scheduling showings.
- Buyer agents may call the seller directly or follow other showing instructions specified in the listing.
- ShowingTime (optional, $50) allows online scheduling of showings. Sellers receive email/text notifications for every scheduled showing.
- Activity reports with showing agent contacts can be requested from the broker.
- Upon activation, your listing is automatically sent to 84 participating websites, including major local and national real estate portals (see ListHub.com).
- Seller contact info cannot appear in the MLS description or websites (except on Zillow via FSBO listing, where the broker can include it).
- All participating sites will show NetRealtyNow.com as the listing broker.
- If potential buyers contact the broker, their information is forwarded to the seller via email.
- Up to 50 photos can be uploaded through the online form, emailed, or sent via Dropbox.
- Number photos (1, 2, 3…) if you want a specific display order.
- Broker may charge fees for excessive photo editing.
- Open house notifications and text edits are free.
- Review your listing carefully before initial publication to minimize edits.
- Email edits are completed within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
- Weekend edits must be submitted by Thursday midnight.
- Notify the broker within 24 hours of going under contract with a copy of the ratified contract.
- Provide a final closing statement within 24 hours of closing so the MLS listing can be properly updated and filed.
